Service Advisor

Balmer Lawn Motorrad is looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm, and every other Saturday 8:30am till 12:30pm.

Balmer Lawn Motorrad is a BRAND NEW BMW Motorrad Dealership, part of the Balmer Lawn Group, in the heart of the New Forest. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our Service Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to excel their skills into a prestige and busy dealership

Your Role:

- Booking in customers and their vehicles for different types of mechanical work.
- Talking customers through any work that is needed to be completed on their vehicle, including the costs.
- Taking payments and setting up payment plans.
- Ensuring all technicians, valeters, and drivers are aware of their daily workloads.
- Liaising with Parts and Sales.
- Accurate data input into the Kerridge system.
- Ensuring all customers are warmly welcomed.
- Organising courtesy cars/bikes for customers who are booked in with us.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor who are eager, focused, and interested in working for a prestige dealership

Experience and Requirements:

- Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience within the Motor Trade.
- A full clean driving licence.
- Someone who is dynamic and enjoys working in a busy department.
- Someone who is presentable, welcoming, and warming.
- Someone who is organised and a strong communicator.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 1 year (required)
- Aftersales Advisor: 1 year (required)
- Motor Trade: 1 year (preferred)
