Our client based in Bishop’s Stortford is searching for an experienced Sales Executive If you are looking to work within a large main dealer with excellent career progression opportunities within the Motor Trade - look no further, this could be the positionfor you

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business + loyalty.
- Effectively manage each and every customer’s journey, from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
- Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring that they are resolved to achieve customer/company requirements.
- Actively achieving targets on a daily basis.
- Develop and maintain vast knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of any major competitors.
- Complete accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange and agreeing values with the Sales Manager.

**Your Background & Skill**:

- Proven experience of working within the motor trade car sales.
- Proven ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication skills (selling/negotiating).
- Ability to achieve sales targets and conversion rates.
- Have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone.
- Hold a full driving licence.
