Following significant investment and refurbishment, The Crown Hotel, Wetheral is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the front office team as a receptionist.

Located just outside of Carlisle, we are a 4 star hotel with 67 bedrooms and here at The Crown we put our guests at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for someone who really knows what good service looks like.

**Previous 4 star Hotel Experienced Preferred**
- Greeting and Checking in Guests
- Answering the telephone
- Entering bookings into the booking system
- Cash handling and balancing of the daily takings
- Administration
- Going that extra mile for our Guest's
- Highly organised and good attention to detail

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
