Under Floor Heating and Liquid Screed Installer

Experience in installing underfloor heating essential. Being local to our office in Flint is a must as equipment is collected early each morning before travelling to sites across north Wales and West England. A driving license is a must as driving to and from installations is a key part of the role. CSCS card holders are preferred, but this is not essential.

Main duties initially will include:

- Site surveying
- Floor surveying (using laser levelling and measuring equipment)
- Liquid / flowing screed installations
- Underfloor Heating Installation
- Trailer towing (to and from sites)
- Pump operation
- Laitance removal / sanding
- Maintaining equipment
- Completing job reports
- Maintaining high, clean standards or work
- Other general duties, as required

A uniform and full PPE will be provided to the successful applicant.
