**Master Data Management Lead | Lloyds Insurer | London**

My client is a Lloyds Insurance firm based in the City of London and they are looking to appoint an MDM Lead who can help ensuring their data is well managed, fit for purpose, and delivering maximum value.

**Role**:

- Support and develop the Master and Reference data Management team, processes and tools to achieve their data strategy / objectives
- As part of the wider Data Value Management team, ensure we deliver enhanced outcomes via central capability, and effective implementation of products and services across the business.
- Implement effective M/RDM frameworks that enhance capability and maturity across the business, and ensure appropriate, accurate and up-to-date information is integrated into our systems at the point of need.
- Leads a team of analysts and ensures the availability of core master data (customer, product, location, broker, etc) to all business domains.
- Maintains master data processes and products and defines the process, tools and platform for Master data and reference data management.
- Oversees the master and reference data analytics and reporting function
- Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of M/RDM processes and tools by partnering effectively with data owners and stewards
- Defines requirements and standards for master and reference data documentation

**Skills needed**:

- A deep understanding of M/RDM policies and best practices, including industry trends
- Strong experience in enforcing best practice. Able to combine rigour and discipline with a pragmatic approach to deliver the highest quality, cost effective solutions within set time-frames
- Navigating and supporting the business to successfully adopt M/RDM policies and standards
- Driving delivery of value through M/RDM implementation during the journey of modernisation and change initiatives
- Management and communication skills with both business and technical partners
- Stakeholder management and ability to communicate concisely at a number of levels
