_Filing Clerk / Credit Control Assistant _
We are looking for an organised filing clerk with strong admin and credit control experience. This roles requires a high attention to detail to join our team. This is a fast paced office. You will provide effective administrational and telephone support to all departments including chasing debts and processing card payments.
**STRICTLY NO AGENCIES AND NO DIRECT PHONE CALLS - EMAIL ONLY**
**At least 8 years office experience required**
**Key responsibilities**
- General Administration
- Receive and process card payments
- Update Sales Ledger Book
- Answering the phone
- Filing
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication skills, particularly telephone manner.
- Computer Literate, must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to work as part of a team and provide support in all areas where necessary
- Able to exercise good judgement on escalation of debt issues at appropriate times
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in Sage 50 preferred but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
