**THE POST - Lecturer in Physics**
- Willingness to teach in China for extended periods of up to several months, several times per year.
- Established track record of research in thin films, sensors, and imaging of a closely related area, with a publication record commensurate with level of experience.
- Experience of delivering, developing, and coordinating modules in relevant areas of phyiscs including optoelectronics or thin-film technology or other closely related areas, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Experience of hybrid-delivery teaching and of use of authentic/real-world assessment approaches.
- Experience of learning, teaching and assessment within higher education, particularly with cohorts of students from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting an outstanding student experience.
- Fellowship of Advance HE or equivalent.
