VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major client with the Recruitment of an Office Administrator to join their dynamic and growing team at their Newry Office.
Hours - 37.5 Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00
Salary - £23,000
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Accounts Manager on input Answer and direct phone calls, keep records of calls
- Assist Management in daily duties
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain filing system
- Order office supplies
- Liasing with Suppliers
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
Essential Criteria:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel
- Knowledge of Sage Preferable but not essential
- Be reliable & committed.
