E- Commerce Lead

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts
- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions
- Monitor inventory levels
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Additional responsibilities of this post include:
1. Understanding and maintaining the quality and accuracy of data between relevant systems and continuously update in line with Underwoods ERP system and manufacturers data.

2. Be responsible for customer access into Underwoods portal and maintain inline with GDPR.

3. Build a relationship with relevant web and e-commerce contacts within manufacturers

4. Be the conduit into the sales branches to ensure customer orders and processed efficiently from the website.

Reduce waste and improve efficiency wherever possible.

To deal with information with regards to confidentiality and data protection.

To participate in the identification of training requirements and undertake training and development in line with agreed appraisals.

To ensure a pro-active approach is taken to equality and diversity issues.

To attend staff meetings as and when required.

To provide support to other members of staff as required and to establish good working relationships both internally and externally.

Note: This is not a remote position. The job location is Enfield.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
