**The opportunity**

Project: Be a part of our project management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors.

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our team on this project.

As a Document Controller, you'll contribute towards the document control function within the organisation and to ensure effective and secured document management processes and procedures are in place and followed for information management.

Project: Research and biopharmaceutical sector ranging from managing global property portfolios and business case development to construction delivery, fit-out commission and hand-over.

This is a new role supporting the pharmaceutical and technology business unit in our consult engine.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a document control system for the programme.
- Developing and delivering information management policies, processes and procedures across the project.
- Providing communications and training to roll out the developed processes within the project.
- Reviewing the information management function to deliver ongoing service improvement and the maintenance of quality standards.
- Developing and managing staff within the document control function.
- Implementing a programmatic approach to document control.
- Aligning the document control with other information requirements and mandatory compliance requirements.
- Ensuring all information is exchangeable, available and useable by the relevant individuals.
- Reviewing continuously the available common data environment (CDE) to ensure that the most appropriate and suitable system is in use across the programme.
- Establishing information management processes and approach for use by the supply chain.
- Providing, supporting and enhancing a common data environment for use by the supply chain.

About you

You will have document management / Information management experience. You will have system experience using BIM. You will have worked in large infrastructure projects/programmes within a construction or consultancy background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
