C&W Seals has a vacant position within our ever growing business. The position is for a O-Ring Joiner (Factory Operator) 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (Mon-Thur 8:00 - 16:50) (Fri - 8:00 - 14:00). We pride ourselves on having a relaxed atmosphere and a close nit team.

Experience is not essential as training will be provided.

Must be able to work efficiently and manage own area. Quantities are important, position suitable for someone who thrives on self achievement and targets. Vulcanising Machine operates at temparures of 170°C.

Wages - In line with Minimum/Living Wage - Age/Experience Dependant
- Math Skills: Good math skills will help punch press operators understand complex instructions, how drawings work and make sure items are designed and built correctly.
- Problem Solving Skills: Punch press operators will need to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
- Mechanical and Technical Skills: Technical skills would be useful in order to enable you to work out how to manufacture a job quicker.

Hourly pay will be dependent on experience and in line with minimum wage/living wage.

**Salary**: In Line with MW Requirements.

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Schedule:
