Property Maintenance Co-ordinator

**An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, customer driven, Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join our Newcastle based Lettings agency**

**Duties**:

- Dealing with Property Maintenance issues and enquiries
- Work with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently.
- Occasionally Carrying out periodic and end of tenancy inspections
- Processing Damage Deposits
- Organising home visits to check work standards
- General Office Administration
- Manage tenant queries and support.

Qualities:

- Experienced in property management.
- A strong customer focus.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach.
- Self-motivation with a can do attitude.
- High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
- Good administration and IT skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook plus confidence in using dedicated property management software.
- Thrive in a busy and demanding environment

- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Hours 37.5 hours Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays

Must have access to own car, all business Mileage is paid for

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £20,500.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
