The Facility Procurement team manages the supply network procurement-related activities for the Peterborough facility. This is a varied operational purchasing role in which you will deliver procurement excellence and integration between E&T Procurement and the team supporting Facility / Divisional Leaders.

To give you an idea of how this Facility Procurement Professional role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

- Be accountable for operating and monitoring the Global Supply Network procurement functions, as designed, to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets
- Enable optimal and efficient facility operations, collaborate with business partners and suppliers, and resolve facility-specific supplier-related issues
- Act as liaison with corresponding Category & Product Purchasing and Logistics professionals
- Assist in the management of local subcontractors with input from the Category buyer related to the overall strategy
- Collaborate with the supply chain in helping to understand and monitor inventory levels

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Previous purchasing experience in a Facility Procurement facing role
- Well-developed communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to coordinate tasks and collaborate with others
- Professional certification in Purchasing and/or Inventory Management preferred, such as CIPS
- Knowledge of Quality, Lean manufacturing, and an understanding of lean principles
