To assemble a variety of different systems in a workshop environment using a selection of components and different electrical assembly techniques such as soldering, test, clean and pack products to a high standard in accordance to the production schedule.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Picking and selection of different components prior to assembly.
- Assembly of electrical components using soldering techniques, adhesive, epoxy resins and rivet guns.
- Clean and pack some products in preparation for shipment using solvents, air hoses, cardboard and packing tapes.
- Work alongside other team members to complete production driven by a daily schedule.
- Use of small hand tools.
- Carry out work under a magnifying light.
- Occasional use of factory machinery.
- Interpreting and working to basic technical drawings and specifications.
- Previous experience working using written work instruction.
- Basic understanding of wiring and electronics.
- Ability to solder using conventional soldering iron.
- Ability to work as part of a small team but on your own initiative where required.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Adhering to health and safety at all times.
- Experience in a similar role desirable.
- In the absence of formal qualifications, relevant previous experience will be considered.

**Working Hours**: Full-time, Mon-Fri.

**Location**:Bampton, Devon

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

- Driving Licence (preferred)
