**Salary to: £39,780 pa**

Established structural metalwork fabrication company requires a Welding Supervisor.

The Welding Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the welding shop. You will supervise a small team of MIG welder fabricators and ensures that all safety procedures are followed.

As the Welding Supervisor your duties will include:

- Management of a small Team of welder fabricators
- Develop work schedules
- Assigns tasks to welders
- Inspect completed work
- Ensure deadlines are met on-time
- Attend production meetings with management
- Ability to resolve technical issues
- Ensuring consumables are stocked

Skills/Experience required:

- Supervisory experience of team of welder fabricators
- Must have significant experience working with structural steel fabrication company
- Must be able to read drawings
- Significant experience of MIG welding Beams, Columns, Parallel flanges etc
- Significant fabrication experience
- Able to communicate to others
- Health and safety awareness
- Site work experience (not essential)

Salary_: _Up to £39,780 pa_._

Working Hours: Days, Monday - Friday: 7.00am - 5.00pm (45 hours)
