- Experienced CBT therapist with BABCP registration or clinical psychologist with HCPC registration
- Experience with psychosis &/or moderate to severe mental health problems
- Experience with working with trauma

**In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of**:

- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body

**Role responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for the systematic provision of a Specialist CBT/Psychology Service to service users within the Kent & Medway EIPS.
- To undertake high quality direct (assessment and therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative) specialist CBTp/psychological and family interventions in EIP making
- Autonomous clinical decisions about own professional practice.
- To ensure the clinical effectiveness of own practice and of service functioning by

undertaking research and development activities relevant to the service area.
- To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team supporting care planning & risk management.
- To support trainee placements and offer supervision where appropriate.
