= (0.87%) = £21,339 - £23,207 per annum

To provide personal care, emotional and practical support to people with identified care and support needs.

Providing meaningful opportunities and supporting personal outcomes and goals to individuals in a variety of settings. Which may include opportunities in the areas of work, volunteering, training, education, and leisure.

This includes adults aged over 18 with a learning or physical disability, older people, people who may have a diagnosed condition such as Autism or Dementia. within an environment that enables supports and encourages a broad range of opportunities and activities ensuring that the rights, dignity, diversity, independence, and wellbeing of individuals are promoted and maintained.
