Painter/decorator

Advanced Building are looking for Painter and Decorator operatives with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team.

We deliver a range of services including complete property refurbishment and alterations, building repairs and maintenance, aids and adaptations, voids and planned work programmes.

**ATTRIBUTES**
- Experience of working on Local Authority / Social housing properties
- Experience of working in void & tenanted properties

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To always protect the tenants’ property before starting the work and leave the property clean and tidy having completed the work.
- To have the right tools for the trade(s) you perform at all times.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**
- NVQ level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license to travel to job sites

**EXPERIENCE**
- Must have 10 years plus experience in the industry.
- Wage dependent on experience.

**Salary**: From £100.00 per day

- painting: 10 years (preferred)

- CSCS (preferred)
