Global Highland are currently seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our clients team, based in Inverness. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the workforce, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.

**Role Overview**:
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to both employees and management on a range of HR matters. You will work closely with the HR team to implement best practices, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and actively contribute to our talent management strategies. Your role will encompass various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and HR administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding procedures.
- Support the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Advise and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Handle HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records and generating HR reports.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and provide effective resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software for managing employee data.
- CIPD qualification or relevant HR certification is desirable.

**Salary and Benefits**:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Inverness, offering a competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension scheme, holiday allowance, and opportunities for career progression within our growing organization.
