- Basic Salary £30,160 - Total OTE £40,000
- 24 Days holiday + Bank holidays - Increasing with length of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mix and match paint colours to meet manufacturer specifications and customers preferences.
- Carry out vehicle body repair (Painting) to manufactures standards and in line with company procedures.
- Produce good productivity levels in line with Thatcham repair times
- Comply with company specific health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout and report any failings through the reporting procedure
- Maintain records of paint materials used and work completed.
- Use & maintain all supplied Personal Protective Equipment in good condition.

**Requirements**:

- Hold recognised qualifications demonstrating a time served apprenticeship within the vehicle body repair industry.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also under your own initiative when required.
- Be a well organised individual with excellent time management.
- Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills including attending training courses both in house and external.
- Understanding of BSI 10125 Kitemark work requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,160.00-£40,000.00 per year
