Administrator/estimator

Located on Seaham Grange Industrial Estate, Rapid Windows North East Ltd are a well established local employer, manufacturing UPVC Windows, Doors and Double Glazed Units. Selling primarily to trade customers, the company has a proud trading history and continues to expand it's customer base.

Providing the first point of contact for the business, you will be responsible for assisting trade customers and members of the public both in person and on the telephone. You will be required to gain an understanding of the estimation and order processes and be able to advise on prices, lead and delivery times. Additionally, the role involves:

- Inputting customer orders into the manufacturing system database with detailed requirements
- Tracking of order process
- Create full and thorough quotes in response to customer enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service at all points of the customer journey from initial enquiries to production
- Price checking products
- Liaising with staff across the organisation including production staff on the factory floor

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
