Customer Service and Sales Support

Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a busy and varied environment? Does the idea of being an integral part of a small and effective team appeal to you? We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to support our team in the smooth running of our business.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Customer courtesy calls
- Answering telephone
- Placing sales orders
- Supporting sales team with enquiry management, quote preparation, sales figures, handover to projects team, diary management, project invoicing.
- Supporting project team with job sheets, booking and organising site work, organising overnight accommodation.
The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to demonstrate the ability to use own initiative.
This is a full time role based in Clopton, Woodbridge. Hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm.
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)
