Role

We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic and motivated experienced individual to work within a progressive company that offers a variety of built environment services. We are offering the opportunity for a professional with vast design and technical architectural skills the chance to work within our multi-disciplinary office.

SK/AD is a leading independent company focused on delivering architectural design, energy consultancy and building

compliances services throughout the UK. SK/AD operate as an intrinsic part of the construction design industry offering a comprehensive suite of services to clients ranging from architects and major contractors through to Housing Associations and City Councils.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing compensatory calculations.
- Working with our admin team on quality management.
- Working within our architectural team on various commercial and residential projects.
- Day to day office organizing and customer services.
- Abilities in producing 3D modelling and rendering.

Skills and Experience
- Autodesk CAD, Revit (desirable) and Sketch-up.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Experienced understanding of The Scottish Technical Standards.
- Possess a high standard of work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Confident with all aspects of project management.

Offer + Benefits

37.5 hours a week contract, with professional training and development.

34 days Annual leave, inclusive of 14 days over the Christmas break + bank holidays

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
