Adventure Ambassador

**The Role**:
As an Adventure Ambassador, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, handles bookings with ease, serves up delicious snacks and drinks, and keeps our lobby and kitchen looking spick and span. Behind the scenes, you'll be our organizational guru, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests' unforgettable experiences.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile.
- A naturally outgoing and approachable personality.
- An eye for detail to keep everything in tip-top shape.
- While previous customer service experience is a bonus, we welcome newcomers with open arms and provide all the training you need to become a superstar Adventure Ambassador
