A manufacturer in Harrogate (HG3) is looking for a sales ledger assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

This role will be a 22.5 hour a week vacancy working 3 days 9am-5pm.

**Duties**:

- Provide a friendly memorable customer service experience to all customers and actively resolve any issues.
- Assist with any inquiries, questions, and complaints in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure an accurate, timely and efficient invoicing and crediting.
- Administer and organise the returns for the business.
- Provide Sage reports and analysis on activities.
- Administer the returns system (including checking of debits, entering on Sage to raise the RAN, raise paperwork for the couriers, liaising with QA and Warehouse, chasing the dublicate debit notes and copies of debits where necessary).
- Resolve invoice and credit queries and raise non-stock invoices.
- General office administrative duties such as making enquires, data entry, scanning, etc.

Experience using excel is essential, experience using sage 200 is preferable.

**Job type: Fixed term, Part-time**

**Salary: £23,000 pro rota (£13,800 for the 22.5 hours)
