**SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**: This position offers you an opportunity to lead on complex procurement projects and day to day procurement of regular inventory parts. Responsibilities will primarily involve ensuring that the company's materials and products meet all of their specifications. Locating key suppliers and negotiating purchasing agreements.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring supplier delivery on time to meet business requirements
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
- Managing and forecasting inventory requirements
- Logistics function incorporating both incoming materials and outgoing shipments to optimize customer service and packaging / logistics cost-out opportunities
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate supplier selection and control with Global Procurement Managers
- Systematic Cost Analysis
- Work within ISO 9001 parameters
- Create and maintain data sheets

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**:

- Broad industry experience within a manufacturing / production environment - PC component experience preferable
- Experience and knowledge of ERP systems materials scheduling
- Experience in navigating and understanding commercial agreements
- Purchasing experience
- A proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to build relations with both suppliers and customers
- ISO 9001 Experience

**DESIRABLE**:

- CPIM qualified

**TRAVEL**:

- Some Global travel required to check out OEM’s
