**Sales Support Administrator**

**Company Description**:Lockwell is one of the UK’s leading wholesalers of specialist industrial repair and maintenance products to the manufacturing industry. We are looking for an exceptional Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of their continued success.

**Previous Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale, plumbing or building trade sector would be useful but not essential**

**Person**:

- You must be confident, reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
- Experience of Administrative duties like processing purchase and sales invoices, filing and archiving and banking reconciliation would be useful especially within the electrical wholesale, building or plumbing trade. Would need to be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
- Would need to be computer literate, particularly Excel and Word and be competent at Maths, English & Typing.
- High attention to detail.
- A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
- A positive and hardworking attitude
- Quick learner
- Ability to work well in a small team
- Good mediator, Flexible and adaptive personality
- Ability to drive would be useful

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing purchase invoices daily
- Banking responsibilities, processing payments from customers via card machine & reconciling.
- Dealing with and resolving any supplier queries
- Stocktake and End of Year Paperwork
- Assisting with Health and Safety paperwork
- Processing Sales invoices
- Occasional answering customer calls to support Sales Team

A PPA / GIA Test will need to be taken before employment can commence

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
