Minibus Driver

**Minibus Drivers required**

**Casual - £11.09 per hour**

**To start September 2023**

The College is seeking to recruit a pool of casual minibus drivers to work on a flexible basis. It is likely that there will be regular duties on Wednesdays associated with sports fixtures but there may also be additional times when minibus drivers are needed to support college trips.

Essential criteria:

- Suitable availability
- At least 21 years of age
- Physically fit to drive the minibus (eg. eyesight etc.)
- A Clean Driving Licence that includes D1 category

(_The D1 category on licences is required to drive our buses. This was granted automatically to drivers who passed their test before 1997. After that date it was not included. If a driver wishes to obtain a D1 category, they would need to take a DVSA test in a minibus.)_
- Enhanced DBS check

You will be expected to undergo an assessment of your driving skills by the College Minibus Coordinator.

The post is paid at a rate of £11.09 (inclusive of holiday pay). Hours will vary depending on our needs and driver availability.
