My client has a track record for delivering a wide range of projects,predominantly across the Commercial and Residential sectors. These projects include Residential extensions through to Multi-Million-Pound Commercial Buildings.

**Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist**:

- Several years UK based experience
- Exposure to similar projects as listed above.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Boast strong technical and detailing skills.
- Able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Confident completing work to a high standard within given time frames.
- A team player and happy to mentor more junior team members.
- Support the senior team members across RIBA stages.
