As we continue to grow, ABL 1 Touch are looking to recruit a **Car Washer **to join their Team based in Croydon.

As a **Car Washer,** you will ensure that all vehicles have completed the repair process and prior to being returned to the customer have been valeted to the highest possible standards.

**Responsibilities of a Car Washer will include**:

- Appraise the vehicle on completion
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies when needed
- Ensuring that all vehicles are valeted to the highest possible standards
- Provide a prompt and professional service
- Spot checking with estimators, engineers, and paint technicians to ensure the repair is being carried out as required on the job card
- Ensure that all accident-related works are carried out in accordance with Company processes, methods, and job card

**Skills and experience required as a Car Washer**:

- Knowledge on basic vehicle layout and function
- Understanding and experience of valeting vehicles and workshop etiquette
- Understanding of the processes of repair and the contents of a job card
- Capability of negotiating in an effective and courteous manner with suppliers
- Are a pro-active and customer focused individual
- Have great communication, interpersonal, team and working skills
- Are well organised and able to work to deadlines
- Have the ability to show ownership for workload
- Possess excellent attention to detail skills
- Are a team player with a can do attitude

**Salary**: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
