Estates Surveyor

Are you a property professional looking to join a growing business? If so, our Estates Surveyor role could be perfect for you. You’ll support with the management of both the Estates and Property Management functions, including management and facility support activities, to ensure that we provide the best environment for our clinicians to deliver excellent patient care.

You’ll also offer proactive, cost-effective, and patient/colleague-focused delivery of all Estates and Property Management services for our practices across the UK and Ireland, as well as for our central support team. Some of the key facets of this role will include:

- Negotiating lease renewals and re-gears with landlords
- Reviewing break notices
- Negotiating/outsourcing rent reviews
- Integration of lease/landlord/rent etc data into existing portfolio process
- Managing vacant portfolio and subtenant estate
- Co-ordinating site-specific works
- Delivering the integration of all FM services upon acquisition of new practices
- Maintaining physical security of buildings and personal security of staff
- Supporting the Compliance team to deliver Health & Safety across the Portman estate
