I have an incredible opportunity at a family office for a top EA to come and support a principal based in Wiltshire. They are looking for an experienced EA to join their Wiltshire based office on a 5 day a week basis to support the principal. This is a fast-paced role that will see you providing top-level EA support involving complex diary management, private jet bookings, events and more. This role requires an experienced EA confident working with high-level executives in a fast paced. You will handle a range of tasks with professionalism and great attitude. The hours are 8.30am -5pm and it is 100% office based.

What You Will Do
- Extensive and ever changing diary management, both business and private
- Managing HR duties such as internal recruitment and onboarding
- International travel and managing private jets etc
- Ad hoc finance duties

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced EA with proven skills supporting a top-level executive for a minimum of 4 years. You will be:

- Efficient, hard working and show great longevity
- Problem solver and resilient
- Positive attitude with strong time management skills

They are offering between £40-60k, DOE with 25 days holiday and pension.
