Role: Trainee Administrator

**About the role**
Ready to head into the world of work? A Traineeship could be your ideal start to the next phase of your career. You’ll learn about the job, on the job, whilst we support you through further studies, so you’ll gain qualifications as well as work experience and skills. As a Trainee Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Manage travel requirements for the business and maintain relevant registers
- Maintain up-to-date internal registers - telephone lists; contacts list; car registration and roll call lists
- Reporting and data collation
- Raise and keep track of all internal work instructions
- Maintain up-to-date roll call, first aid and emergency response team notices
- Organise lunches/meetings as and when required
- Ensure sufficient supply of office stock
- First line reception & switchboard cover
- Assist Office Manager and team as and when required
- Ordering equipment for new employees
- Various other ad-hoc duties
**What you'll need**
- HNC/HND/Bsc (Hons) (or currently working towards or prepared to)
- Complimentary relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Methodical approach
- Numerate
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn
**About you**
As a Trainee Administrator we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in the construction industry. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you. We will support you through your Traineeship to develop and progress in your chosen career path.
