**The role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. You will be part of our CLM Managed Services Projects team and will be based in London or Wrexham.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear written and verbal guidance to analysts on the completion of KYC files
- Act as the main point of contact for the team in issue resolution of complex files and scenarios
- Act as the bridge and main point of contact between our client’s policy teams and centre of excellence and our own internal CLM team
- Review and sign off on KYC files as and when required
- Develop and provide periodic training as required for a large team of existing analysts and signatories and new joiners
- Identify any gaps in the team’s knowledge of client policies and procedures and proactively improve efficiency and quality of the team’s KYC files
- Undertake quality control of KYC files and client outreach requests against the approved standards for our CLM client
- Develop, implement and maintain MI reporting where applicable
- Ad hoc tasks as required to support the team’s delivery of a large remediation project to a high standard
- Engage effectively with all stakeholders both internal and external
- Ensure all client communications are responded to in a timely and effective manner

**Job requirements** **Essential Skills / Experience**:

- Extensive experience in the AML/KYC space
- Proven experience working on complex KYC files (complex ownership structures, high risk jurisdictions, extensive screening etc.)
- Experience in signing off KYC files and acting as an SME
- Experience in providing training to teams
- Ability to identify issues and drive forward solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to gather and prioritise data
- Ability to proactively manage and prioritise own workload with the ability to multitask effectively
- Able to work unsupervised
- Excellent understanding of AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines
- Excellent understanding of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding process
- Strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point

**Desirable skills**:

- Prior experience of Managed Services / KYC Utilities
- Relevant qualification (ICA/ACAMS) Advanced certificate/Diploma level
