Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the storage, distribution, and maintenance of our extensive inventory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive deliveries, check contents, and accurately log received items into the inventory system.
- Organize and manage inventory, making sure products are stored correctly for easy picking and packing.
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders, handling products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
- Conduct regular stock checks and counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies.
- Help load and unload delivery vehicles using the right equipment and following safety procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Work with teammates to fulfill customer orders and meet shipping deadlines.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy items and using warehouse equipment.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Dedication to maintaining safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Nice to have:

- Experience in the hardware, plumbing, or heating supply industry.
- Knowledge of best practices in warehouse management and inventory control.
