**Lead Data Scientist | London (Remote) | £50,000 - £70,000**

My client is a start-up IT services company, that uses AI to analyse video conversations and help clients to ensure that their customers are having better and more engaging conversations.

Their client portfolio consists of many of the UK's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, and they are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to work alongside their team of developers and engineers to take lead on how their data is being used.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Product Director on a roadmap for the development of models that will advance Emotional Intelligence and Behavioural analytics automation
- Consolidating structured and unstructured conversation data into a single repository
- Implementing appropriate tools and pipelined processes to support data cleansing, modelling and visualisation
- Using feature engineering and optimisation methods to improve data set performance
- Leading a structured approach to data analysis that will allow rapid hypothesis testing and so identify key EI and Behavioural insights which can be automated
- Developing python models for automated identification of these insights using best-fit tools, programming languages and techniques, including machine learning, statistical or other approaches
- Working with developers to implement these scalable models into production and establish continuous improvement processes
- Developing reusable and bespoke dashboards (ideally in Power BI) to visualise analysis for clients, sharing trends and patterns as they develop over time

**Skills & Experience**
- 1+ years' experience working with AI
- NLP
- Time Series Analysis
- Machine Learning
- Python
- SQL
- R
- Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Deep Learning experience
- Practical, solutioning and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of commercial accuracy
