**Salary**: £80,000 - £85,000 - depending on experience

In this role, you will manage a delivery agent whose sole purpose will be to deliver energy-efficient and low-carbon heating upgrades to low-income households across England

**Role Responsibilities**;
- Manage the procurement and contract management processes from end to end.
- Develop and implement robust and effective policies, procedures, and systems to support our Delivery Agent _and_ subsequent vendor contract management.
- Engage and manage the stakeholder’s communication to ensure best practices are always understood and delivered.
- Critically assess risk using an impact and consequence perspective.
- Shape the delivery strategy and support each phase of each project; ensuring governance, financial and reporting procedures are followed with the right controls in place.
- Support the development of scoping and negotiating commercial agreements of all kinds, to meet our business' strategic service.
- Ensure robust agreements are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality and cost measures.

**Role Requirements;**
- Experience in managing complex procurement activity; contracts in excess of over £30m
- Experience of working with, or for, publicly funded bodies including central governmental departments
- Understanding of contract risk; contract and risk allocation form
- Previous experience defining and monitoring SLAs
- Stakeholder, third party vendor and supplier management experience
- Exceptional communication skills to manage challenging stakeholders - both internally and externally
