We are looking for an Authenticator to continue the stringent authentication process. The position is for an individual to play a significant role in the expansion of our authentication team.
- The role of the Authenticator is centred around inspecting and authenticating products to ensure they meet the high standards and conditions as set out by the Company.
- This role works cross-functionally with the operations and customer service teams to ensure we as a brand can continue delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

**Job Responsibilites**

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Receive and arrange inbound inventory
- Continuously research new models and brands
- Keep detailed notes and enter accurate data into the Laced product database, including - Release information, Product SKUs, Production dates, Production notes
- Inspect and process adhering to strict standards of condition and authenticity
- Proactively work with customer service and other team members to improve process
- Support operations team in working with logistics partners this includes but is not limited to: Unloading and loading logistics vehicles Palletising boxes Opening boxes
- Contribution to the Company's authenticity guide and procedures
- Working effectively with the operations and customer service teams
- They will have a knowledge and good instinctual feel for the authenticity of well known products, and can quickly determine which things should be investigated in the case of doubt
- They will be passionate about technology
- They will have the ability to recognise trends within the industry
- They will be organised with demonstrate great attention to detail
- They are a quick learner, a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and willing and able to handle the pressures of a fast paced environment
- They know how to manage their individual time in an authentication environment in order to be able to be part of a highly efficient process driven team
- They will be a capable authenticator and understand industry solutions to spotting counterfeit goods
- They will need to be comfortable with the creation and management of records for logging processes for authentication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Ruislip, HA4 7AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
