Shift Runner

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Runner and Shift Leader to join our vibrant team at our recently opened store in Sale, Manchester. Due to the success of the store since our opening, we are now looking for additional shift runners/leaders. As a Shift Runner/Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of service.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during shifts
- Assist in food preparation and ensure culinary standards are met
- Uphold food safety regulations and practices
- Provide excellent customer services and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Oversee phone etiquette and communication within the team

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £6.70-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
