We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator/PA to work for a well-established education provider.This is a temporary role for approximately 4 weeks but could be extended. Start date is from w/c 20th February.

The role will be based in Brentford and will be office based 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

Duties to include:

- Act as first point of contact
- Assist with diary management, scheduling regular and ad hoc meetings as necessary, booking rooms, and supporting with travel arrangements.
- Liaise with the other college administrators to ensure all areas of responsibility are appropriately distributed and covered.
- Prepare agendas, reports and papers as directed, taking, and distributing accurate minutes
- Assist with ad hoc projects as and when necessary. Act as the out-of-office contact for the Executive and Senior Management Team and refer queries appropriately.
- Provide support for the recruitment process, assisting with interviews requesting staff ID cards and IT access ahead of time.
- Support with arrangements for internal and external events. This includes effective liaison with Events, Web team, Marketing, and internal finance.
- Undertake finance related administration, including invoicing arrangements with external organisations,
- Process expense claims for staff and liaise with Finance in relation to queries arising from expenses.
- Act as a central information point
- Liaise with new Hourly Paid Lecturers to ensure all required paperwork has been completed, such as right to work checks
- Organise and manage the stationery supplies for academic staff
- Design, produce and format a wide range of documentation
- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the post and grade, managing own time effectively to meet changing requirements and deadlines.

Experience within the education sector would be preferred but not essential.

Minute taking skills are preferred but not essential
