Commercial Finance Business Partner - Remote/Hybrid/Colchester - £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits

Award winning, market leading privately owned group are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner to work on a Remote basis with the occasional requirement for attendance at clients and internal meetings.
**Your new role**
The role of the Commercial Finance Business Partner supports the delivery of strategic, operational commercial, and financial objectives for the Group. The things you'll be doing:
- Ownership of all client reporting, development, and distribution.
- Developing strong relationships built on integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with Internal IT department to ensure data and reporting meets the clients demands and internal analysis of performance.
- Supporting the control of client expenditure to meet budget and contractual targets.
- Leading the client in their budgeting and forecasting process.
- Proactively analysing trends to provide insight into decision making and identification of new opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and management of aged accruals.
- Assisting with contract variation control and contract financial improvement.
- Providing support to the internal budgeting and forecasting process for expected client financial and contract delivery.
- Management of financial risk, always ensuring control.
- Focusing on efficiencies, process automation and delivering customer excellence.
- Supporting internal stakeholders to establish, maintain and manage a robust financial control environment.
- Acting as key member of the commercial team, ensuring integration of finance operation with commercial and operational teams.
- Supporting stakeholders with ad hoc analysis requests.
**What you'll need to succeed**
The Commercial Finance Business Partner will be a qualified or part qualified accountant with broad accounting knowledge, strong analytical and IT ( Excel) skills. You will be a strong communicator, who can build and develop long lasting relationships, havea keen business interest, ambition and who will enjoy working in a role where they can be involved with performance and strategy and in a business who invest in their people and offer excellent opportunity for development and career progression.
