Based in Manchester, we specialise in event and prop design, production, installation and project management, making us a one stop shop for all your event fit-out requirements.

Over the past fifteen years we have successfully run our own events, giving us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production.

From club and festival décor to restaurant design and brand activations we have gone from strength to strength to become one of the biggest uk décor and prop installation companies.

Overview;
Visual Architects is looking for a Creative Producer to support the wider team to produce and create new concepts and ideas before they go to our design team.

You will work directly with the creative director to make sure the company's vision is brought to life and business objectives are met.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and collect ideas
- Pitching script ideas from our catalogue
- Creating and maintaining a production schedule and budget
- Making creative and technical decisions during all stages of production
- Overseeing the project and managing clients expectations
- Supervising the project process
- Promoting finished projects to new potential clients
- Collaborate with all departments to execute projects
- Work closely with our creative director, sales and design team to meet client ideas and expectations.
- Bring new and exciting ideas to the table

Skills & Experience
- Creative background and the ability to create new ideas
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to keep track of various schedules.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to oversee and manage team members
- Good time management
- Experience in event management (desirable)
- Proven experience with CRMs, microsoft packages and Google drives
- Experience or knowledge of design (desirable)
