**Job description**

As we are coming towards the summer holidays we are looking to find someone to join us at our Hexham Escape Rooms Previous experience in customer service not required but prefered.

**Primary Role**:

- To welcome participants of a live escape room experience, introduce the game and ensure their safety.
- Monitor the game progress via monitor and earphones.
- Provide hints and helpful tips if needed.
- Reset the game after every team, which includes tidying up.
- Contribute to the marketing team with social media photos and posts.
- Help with any other Escape Room needs including light cleaning duties.
- Staff training will be given.

Previous experience in customer service not required but prefered.
