£17,000 - £22,000 (D.O.E) + Commission Bonus

**Job Function**

The purpose of the position is to ensure an effective and professional recruitment process and thereby create added value for the company. The result must be achieved, among other things, through close cooperation with hiring managers and other key stakeholders, clients & departments.

The Junior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for supporting the Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with various recruitment and administrative tasks.

**Authority**

The Junior Recruiter organizes and prioritizes their daily work in agreement with the Senior Recruiter (s) /Account Manager.

**Main Tasks / Occasional Tasks / Future Tasks**

The Junior Recruitment Consultant’s tasks’ include several key areas, as described in more detail below:
**Qualifications / Competencies**

The Junior Recruitment Consultant must possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- The ability to be proactive and work to own initiative
- Agility and be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Relationship building skills to connect and aptitude to build a good network
- The drive to learn and undertake professional development
- The ability to travel if and when needed at short notice (E.g. client meetings, conferences etc)
