Property Inventory Clerk

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career within the Property Services Industry working as an Inventory Clerk.

Your role will be to attend properties on behalf of our clients to impartially assess their condition and create detailed and accurate reports.

The role requires a mixture of working from clients properties and from home with working Monday to Fridays and occasional Saturdays in peak times.

**What we’re looking for**

If you love property and like a varied day to day role then this is for you. The role can be quite physical with a fair amount of time spent on your feet and behind the wheel of your car travelling from job to job.

As well as being physically demanding, it can be mentally challenging as you motivate yourself to remain professional and focused when daily obstacles occur; changes in location of keys and the order in which jobs must be completed mean you will need to be prepared to alter your carefully planned day.

We are looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written ability and someone who is happy to work autonomously when doing site visits.

The suitable applicant will need:

- A clean UK Driving licence.
- Your own transport with business insurance.
- Internet access and computer to produce the reports for our clients.

We cover multiple areas across Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and currently we are looking for someone to work in:

- Chichester to Portsmouth area

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
