Insolvency Administrator

**The Role**
- Working with case administrators and managers to produce and write statutory reports for a variety of corporate insolvency cases in line with insolvency legislation and best practice guidelines
- Communicating with directors, creditors and debtors to gather relevant information and address queries
- Analysing and interpreting financial data from bank statements and accounts to produce spreadsheets and reports
- Reporting to managers and partners
- Adhering to tight diary schedules
- Organising and maintaining document and filing systems
- To ensure compliance with all legislation and regulatory requirements are met
**Experience and Skills**
- Ideally at least one year’s experience in corporate insolvency administration, but not essential
- Prior knowledge of the IPS insolvency case management system desirable, but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ambition and a desire to get involved with wider aspects of the practice
- Solid assessment/problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively without close supervision
- Ability to take instruction/feedback and act swiftly on said instruction/feedback.
- Accurate data-entry skills
