**Overview**

You will organise product testing in our research facilities, coordinate fieldwork, brief and oversee research facilitators, and give a great experience to our research participants onsite.

Practically, the person will need to be very capable with IT in general, Office apps (especially Excel), and willing to learn various online apps that keep the team organised.

It is rewarding work. It's a role suitable for anyone, whether you're looking for the perfect introduction to a career in market research, a new challenge, or simply a role that you can make your own.

**Responsibilities**
- Receiving detailed face to face briefs and executing as instructed.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure deadlines are kept and deliverables reflect client expectation.
- Effectively setting up internal fieldwork, welcoming participants, guiding them through the study, and/or interviewing as required.
- Ensuring a first class research participant experience whilst on site in the facility.
- Managing internal client needs, including facility management.
- Collaborate with the Fieldwork Manager to develop and implement new administrative/operational systems.
- Coordinate out of hours fieldwork as required.
