Nursery Room Leader

Whilst all of our nurseries provide exceptional levels of quality care and education, they are all completely unique Sydenham is 60 place nursery with 3 playrooms and they are currently looking for an experienced early years professional to take on the position of Third in Charge of the nursery as well as Room Manager.

Every year you will receive an additional day’s annual leave, per year of service, to a maximum of 5 extra days entitlement a year.
- A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education
- Previous Experience in a Leadership Role
- Strong leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative
- A passion for the Early Years
