**Position: New Build Plumber** **Location: North East of England**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install plumbing systems in new build properties, ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems within the overall construction process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber, with a focus on new build projects.
- NVQ (L3 preferred)
- Understanding of plumbing regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
