WE ARE SEEKING TALENTED RECRUITMENT PROFESSIONALS TO SUPPORT HIGH VOLUME RESOURCING & RECRUITMENT ACTIVITY IN THE UK - WITH A FOCUS ON NUCLEAR INFRASTRUCTURE AND DEFENCE MARKETS

MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN UK BPSS (BASELINE PERSONNEL SECURITY STATUS)

You will be required to undertake

Security Clearance

as the role works with varying government clients and secure information. You must have the right to work in the UK and a five year “footprint” in Britain.

KBR Government Solutions delivers unique, fast-paced and challenging projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa - clients are predominantly UK and overseas Governments with our projects and consultancy experts operating in defence, infrastructure, facilities management, digital arenas and P3M sectors.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven team player, with strong experience of varied recruitment requirements who will lead on internal recruitment initiatives. Hiring activity will encompass the sourcing of Consultants, Engineers, Programme Managers, Project Controls positions, Digital specialists, Commercial Managers and more)

We need a strong recruiter who is able to manage many recruitment requirements simultaneously, using their initiative, industriousness, expertise and knowledge to support our projects. Ability to network, influence, persuade and search is a must.

2. Qualifications, Experience and Skills

The incumbent must be robust and be able to work in a fast moving and demanding environment with a significant focus on Recruitment and company growth


This position would suit applicants who have had previous experience in a large commercial business with structured recruitment and resource management processes and policies. The incumbent must have had previous experience in the role of a Recruiter.

The incumbent must be able to successfully navigate the Talent Management process from Talent Mapping to Talent Pooling to Talent Acquisition.

The job holder must be capable of establishing positive working relationships with peers, internal customers and project stakeholders. The job holder must have the confidence to challenge and have “difficult conversations” but without damaging working relationships. The job holder will have the ability to pragmatically problem solve whilst maintaining compliance with Employment Law and policy You will be a self-starter and will be empowered to make decisions.

Ability to manage several stakeholders and establish successful working relationships

Ability and confidence to support the business with recruitment strategies and initiatives

Understanding of role of recruitment to deliver Social Value

Champion of Inclusion & Diversity

An understanding of creating recruitment campaigns using modern recruitment techniques - using social media tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Experience of competency-based interviewing and awareness of modern/alternative interview approaches (such as cultural fit questions)

The ability to work with multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and to deliver to deadlines

Excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with employees on every level throughout the business unit, network & influence.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to work

Whilst this is in-house recruitment, experience in an agency recruitment arena would be equally relevant.

Experience in a similar, large, global company environment would be advantageous but not essential.
